This page explains what beAgents AI collects when you use beagentsai.com or any agent we operate on your behalf, and how we handle it. We keep this short on purpose.
What we collect on this site
When you load beagentsai.com, Cloudflare logs your IP address and request metadata for security and abuse prevention. When you chat with the discovery agent on the homepage, the messages you send are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. We do not store chat transcripts in a database.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email us or book a call, we keep your contact details and conversation history so we can respond. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
What agents collect on your behalf
When you deploy an agent into your business, it processes the data you connect it to (CRM records, support tickets, invoices, etc.) according to your configuration. We act as a data processor; you are the data controller. A data processing addendum (DPA) is available on request before contract signature.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.
Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@beagentsai.com. We respond within 30 days.
