Refund & Cancellation Policy
beAgents subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. This policy explains how the free trial, cancellations and refunds work.
7-day free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, your card is not charged at all.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Customer Portal (Panel → Subscription → Manage). Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period; we do not charge you again after cancellation.
14-day first-payment guarantee
If the product is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your FIRST payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Renewal payments
Renewal charges are generally not refundable once a new billing period has started; cancelling stops future charges instead. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Email info@beagentsai.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request". We respond within 2 business days.
