Use of the site
You may browse the site and use the discovery chat for evaluation purposes. You agree not to abuse the chat endpoint, attempt to extract our system prompt, or use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Demo and evaluation access
Any demo agent or trial environment we provide is offered as-is, without warranty, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion. Do not put production-critical workloads on a demo environment.
Intellectual property
The beAgents AI name, mark, site design, and underlying software are owned by beAgents AI. Agent configurations and data you create remain yours.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, beAgents AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any free evaluation access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the Istanbul Anatolian Courts.
